FRANKS:</by>  The arrangements for the MC Dredging &amp; Port development Pty Ltd for the dredging that was carried out for the sand management trials contains a clause—and I refer the minister to page 10, 3.2, Turbidity Management (S-291)—which states:</text>

          <inserted>The Licensee must;</inserted>

          <inserted>3.2.1&amp;#x9;take all reasonable and practicable measures to prevent or minimise environmental harm that may be caused by turbidity resulting from dredging and dewatering (works); and</inserted>
        </text>
        <text id="202502058916a2e0f20e4d1190000195">
          <inserted>3.2.2&amp;#x9;ensure that where a water quality management plan has been implemented, provide all water quality monitoring data (including raw turbidity data documented in the approved spreadsheet template) to the EPA upon request, or at completion of the works.</inserted>

I think the simple answer is I am not aware of any instance where any condition that the EPA has imposed upon that dredging trial has been breached, but I am happy to go away and bring back an answer for the honourable member if there is any concern that anything has been breached, but certainly I am not aware of it.</text>
