MAHER (Minister for Aboriginal Affairs, Attorney-General, Minister for Industrial Relations and Public Sector) (14:26):</by>  I know that many on the opposition—I think everyone on the opposition in the chamber—has not had any ministerial experience before, but when there is an independent statutory body that conducts prosecutions and investigations, it would be, as a general proposition, an inappropriate thing for a minister to be deciding how an investigation is conducted and what prosecutions occur. But at some stage those opposite may get ministerial experience—</text>
