          <inserted>Since June 2021, the Coroners Act 2003 has required the state government to table in parliament a formal response to recommendations made by the Coroner. </inserted>

          <inserted>Additionally, covering the period 2010 to 2022, child protection expert Ms Kate Alexander undertook a review of the government's implementation of coronial inquest recommendations, among other external recommendations, relating to child protection. Ms Alexander's report entitled 'Trust in Culture: A review of child protection in South Australia' was released in November 2022.</inserted>
