MAHER (Minister for Aboriginal Affairs, Attorney-General, Minister for Industrial Relations and Public Sector) (14:53):</by> I thank the honourable member for her question. I have talked a little bit about this in the past. We have had an opportunity to look at the National Redress Scheme, and the point of doing that was to look at what changes may be made. I am happy to inform the chamber further than what I have informed before about the National Redress Scheme in Adelaide. There was one in Perth prior to the Hon. Amanda Rishworth's redress scheme round table in Adelaide. I am pleased to report that as a result of the experiences of the brave victim survivors the federal government will consider in the second half of the scheme any changes that may be made. I look forward to the results of those.</text>
