MAHER (Minister for Aboriginal Affairs, Attorney-General, Minister for Industrial Relations and Public Sector) (15:11):</by> As I say, anyone who has a grievance can always approach or correspond with any member of the government. When there is a negotiation that has occurred, particularly to people who have been legally represented in relation to how a deed has been settled, that includes a settlement amount for that civil claim and also notes that there has been a payment from the Victims of Crime Fund. As I say, they are not asked to pay that money back. That is not what occurs, and certainly in this case that is not what has happened.</text>
