MAHER (Minister for Aboriginal Affairs, Attorney-General, Minister for Industrial Relations and Public Sector) (15:11):</by>  I will reiterate again what I think I answered—what the honourable member's question is: will I here and now agree to the highest settlement that occurs in every area in the health system in EBs right around the country? No, I won't do that, but it's not just pay that makes South Australia a particularly attractive place to live. I think the honourable member will agree that this city and this state have many natural benefits, over and above many other cities and states around Australia, that contribute to so many people wanting to call Adelaide home.</text>
