MAHER (Minister for Aboriginal Affairs, Attorney-General, Minister for Industrial Relations and Public Sector) (14:23):</by>  I don't quite understand the question but I think every one of these matters is different in their circumstances. A death, particularly of a young person, is always a tragedy and each circumstance would be different, so to say that this is always allowed I think isn't something that any of us can say.</text>
