          <inserted>Southern Adelaide Local Health Network (SALHN) is dealing directly with Professor Petrovsky/Vaxine in relation to the matters raised. There are broader issues between SALHN, Vaxine and the Flinders University which are the subject of current court proceedings. I am therefore unable to provide any further comment in relation to these matters.</inserted>

          <inserted>In relation to the current cancer trial participants, SALHN has agreed that Vaxine can continue to have access to the lab space where that work is undertaken in order to allow for the continuation of the cancer trial research while the court proceedings progress.</inserted>
