HENDERSON:</by>  On 29 November 2022, the Senate referred an inquiry into current and proposed sexual consent laws in Australia to the Legal and Constitutional Affairs References Committee for inquiry. The report was published in September 2023 with 17 recommendations. My questions to the minister are: which recommendations does the government intend on implementing and, if so, which and when?</text>

We are undertaking a review and, as I recall, it has gone out for public consultation in recent months about issues to do with consent in South Australia. Once that is finalised, we will receive advice and then look at what changes we make in this state.</text>
