I didn't hear the honourable Deputy Leader of the Opposition refer to the earlier fish kill. If I missed that part of the question, I am happy to answer it. On 10 April 2024, PIRSA's biosecurity division was made aware of a Facebook post by a member of the public to the SA Natureteers group indicating there had been a fish kill in the South Lagoon region of the Coorong.</text>
<text id="20240627bfad0a9fedf14655a0000146">PIRSA biosecurity coordinated with the Department for Environment and Water for a district ranger to attend the site and carry out an investigation. A DEW district ranger attended the area indicated in the Facebook post on the morning of 11 April 2024 and could not locate any fish kill. No report of the April fish kill was made via the Fishwatch hotline either.</text>
