MAHER (Minister for Aboriginal Affairs, Attorney-General, Minister for Industrial Relations and Public Sector) (14:51):</by>  I wouldn't disagree with that characterisation and certainly, as we negotiate these agreements, no doubt there will be issues like that and many other issues that will come up. I do acknowledge that much of the work that unions do as part of not just their negotiations but their advocacy outside negotiations does a huge amount for social justice for equality, including gender equality.</text>
