Certainly, that is something that had been canvassed and jurisdictions talked about that. I think it is fair to say no jurisdiction wanted to be the dumping ground for any of this product that is in the nation or might be rapidly brought into this nation. That is why there was the transitional arrangement which allowed stone to be used up until the end of this financial year but also for contracts that were entered into before the end of last calendar year to be used right up until the end of this calendar year.
