          <inserted>The Office of the Commissioner for Public Sector Employment has provided disability employment data as at 30 June 2023 in line with the latest published Workforce Information Report. Some public sector agencies (approximately 20 per cent) only report data annually. Providing this data as at 1 January 2024 is possible, however it would not accurately reflect a whole-of-government response.</inserted>

          <inserted>As at 30 June 2023, 1.35 per cent of public sector employees identified as having a disability. The number of employees living with disability is likely to be under-reported given the data's reliance on employees self-identifying their status. </inserted>
