MAHER (Minister for Aboriginal Affairs, Attorney-General, Minister for Industrial Relations and Public Sector) (15:08):</by> I think SACAT, as I have said, over their nine years of existence have made some 270,000 orders, which—when I was visiting SACAT just Friday last week and informed of that—on some very quick maths I reckon is somewhere between an order every three or four minutes of their existence. It is a very high-volume jurisdiction but, in terms of guidelines, I know that they do things as speedily as they can. I am not sure if there are specific guidelines for a whole range of different matters, but I know that they are pretty well respected and do things in a timely manner, as timely as possible.</text>
