Certainly, myself, I don't make the decisions and I don't review cases with a look at determining what further course of action or whether an appeal should be taken or not. I will certainly on occasions discuss it with people like the Director of Public Prosecutions, who are well-versed, well-qualified and do these sorts of things on a daily basis.
