          <inserted>During the country cabinet community forum, there was a concern raised by a local resident regarding the treatment of her daughter at the Kangaroo Island Health Service.</inserted>
        </text>

          <inserted>Immediately following the forum, the Chief Executive of SA Health, Dr Robyn Lawrence, the acting chief executive of the local health network and the minister sat down with the resident to discuss her concerns at length. </inserted>
        </text>

          <inserted>We committed to a proper investigation of these concerns and the Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network conducted an incident review and remain in contact with the resident.</inserted>

          <inserted>Given the investigation is in relation to confidential patient information, as per the confidentiality provisions of the Health Care Act 2008, it is a matter for the family as to the release of any information.</inserted>
