FRANKS (14:45):</by>  Supplementary: as a minister of the Crown, is the minister aware of the Lobbyists Act 2015 and the section that defines the purposes of lobbying and the definition of lobbying? Section 4(3) states:</text>

          <inserted>(3)&amp;#x9;For the purposes of subsection (1), a person will not be taken to communicate with a public official on behalf of a third party if the third party is a designated organisation and the person, being an employee of the organisation, communicates with the public official in the ordinary course of that employment.</inserted>
