Ms Franks makes a relevant point, and was along the same lines as I was just alluding to, in that I am aware that a number of other jurisdictions—possibly all, the Hon. Ms Franks is asserting—have some of that recognition. The advice that I had was that it hasn't caused significant difficulties for either wild catch fisheries or aquaculture.</text>
