          <inserted>Data relating to deaths by suicide are reported in the South Australian Suicide Prevention Council Annual Report and through the Australian Institute of Health and Welfare. </inserted>
        </text>
        <text id="202311293c6837107a0d44b1a0000991">
          <inserted>Initial first appointment with the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) mental health clinician wait time is approximately three months from referral and are triaged based on clinical assessment.</inserted>
        </text>
        <text id="202311293c6837107a0d44b1a0000992">
          <inserted>Wait time from mental health referral to medical gender services is currently in line with the triage category guidelines. </inserted>
        </text>
        <text id="202311293c6837107a0d44b1a0000993">
          <inserted>The Women's and Children's Health Network (WCHN) is accredited by the Australian Council on Healthcare Standards (ACHS) against the National Safety and Quality Health Service (NSQHS) Standards. </inserted>
        </text>
        <text id="202311293c6837107a0d44b1a0000994">
          <inserted>Decisions as to treatment are clinical decisions made by clinicians registered by the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency, who must adhere to the codes and guidelines issued by national boards, for instance the Medical Board of Australia and the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.</inserted>

          <inserted>Statistics relating to the WCHN services are provided to the Australian Institute of Health and Welfare for regular reporting.</inserted>
