        <text id="20231115e71a035ae0f5482cb0000416">1.&amp;#x9;Is it now accepted practice that any senior public officers who have admitted or have been found to have breached laws like the Public Sector (Honesty and Accountability) Act will not face any disciplinary action and are, in fact, immune from any such action simply because of their reputation in the community?</text>
        <text id="20231115e71a035ae0f5482cb0000417">2.&amp;#x9;Why was there no investigation undertaken into the conduct of the former Legal Profession Conduct Commissioner, Mr Gregory Mornington May, when a court found he had breached section 17 of the Public Sector (Honesty and Accountability) Act on multiple occasions?</text>
        <text id="20231115e71a035ae0f5482cb0000418">3.&amp;#x9;Did Mr May ever self-report to any integrity agency about those findings, particularly when that conduct is defined as corrupt under section 5 of the ICAC Act?</text>
