In terms of proposals that have been put forward, I am sure they are being considered, but what those opposite need to remember is how governments work. We have ministers for specific portfolios. We don't go down the Scott Morrison path of having one minister responsible for everything. There is a reason for that. We do have the Hon. Ms Lensink opposite, who has been a minister, so potentially understands something of what—</text>
