I don't want the Attorney to make any comment in relation to that, but is he aware of the claim, and will the government have to cover the legal costs of those involved?</text>

As I said, I am not going to talk about any specific either claim that is before the courts or any pre-action before things come to the court. For very significant claims, I think it has been the general practice within government at some stage of the proceedings to make the government, through the Attorney-General, aware of them.</text>
