SCRIVEN (Minister for Primary Industries and Regional Development, Minister for Forest Industries) (15:21):</by>  The facts of the honourable member's question are incorrect. The review was certainly commenced, as my advice is, prior to the signing of the contracts. However, if the signing of the contracts, as I understand it, had not proceeded, then transport services could have been ended prematurely, which wouldn't be a positive outcome for anyone.</text>
