MAHER (Minister for Aboriginal Affairs, Attorney-General, Minister for Industrial Relations and Public Sector) (14:51):</by> I thank the honourable member for his question. Certainly, in terms of Aboriginal heritage, it's not the government's place to give a green light for the development. As I have said, there is a process underway under section 23 of the Aboriginal Heritage Act in relation to that heritage. I'm quite certain there would have been heritage surveys carried out as part of what the company does, and I certainly know that members of the Kaurna community through KYAC, the native title body, have been heavily involved in much of what's gone on in that area.</text>
