          <inserted>The state's first Autism Strategy and Autism Charter are being developed in partnership with the Autism Strategy Advisory Committee following wide public consultation.</inserted>
        </text>
        <text id="202307061ed2266c3ecb409a90001097">
          <inserted>Upon finalisation, the Department of Human Services (DHS) and the Department for Education (DfE) will undertake a pilot of the Autism Charter prior to rollout to the rest of the state government during 2024. </inserted>
        </text>

          <inserted>All state government agencies will be expected to sign up to the Autism Charter upon implementation and DHS will support the process.</inserted>

          <inserted>I look forward to continuing to work side by side with the autistic and autism communities, the nation's first Office for Autism and the Malinauskas Labor government team to create meaningful cultural change and help make South Australia the autism inclusive state.</inserted>
