          <inserted>The Office of the Commissioner for Public Sector Employment has provided disability employment data as at 30 June 2022 in line with the latest published Workforce Information Report. Some public sector agencies (approximately 20 per cent) only report data annually. Providing this data as at 1 January 2023 is possible, however it would not accurately reflect a whole-of-government response.</inserted>

          <inserted>As at 30 June 2022, 1.37 per cent of public sector employees identified as having as a declared disability. The number of employees living with disability is likely to be under-reported given the data's reliance on employees self-identifying their status. </inserted>
