SCRIVEN:</by>  Is it that they don't think that Mount Barker is an important area or that they don't think the residents of Mount Barker deserve to have investment, particularly around transport, which has a particular need? We know also that a lot of surrounding areas use Mount Barker as a hub and it is an important region.</text>
