MAHER (Minister for Aboriginal Affairs, Attorney-General, Minister for Industrial Relations and Public Sector) (14:31):</by>  As I have said, I'm not going to put myself in a position to try to claim more expertise and more knowledge than the inspector, who has spent a lot of time looking at the materials. The inspector who did this work did not find that the conduct of any ICAC officer warrants referral to SAPOL or another law enforcement agency and, as I have said, the inspector accepted that the evidence of maladministration could not be attributed to the current commissioner.</text>
