MAHER (Minister for Aboriginal Affairs, Attorney-General, Minister for Industrial Relations and Public Sector) (14:44): That is not a matter for me, and I wouldn't want to force someone who may not want to do that to refer stuff to the police, but there are certainly questions I have asked around this matter in particular of the Courts Administration Authority to ensure that any person who has been subject to this or other similar action is being supported as much as possible by the Courts Administration Authority and it's been made sure that they are aware of what possible steps they can take as well.
