SCRIVEN (Minister for Primary Industries and Regional Development, Minister for Forest Industries) (15:21):</by>  I'm not quite sure it arises from the original answer but I am obviously going to be guided by you, Mr President, on that. The cost-recovery review was another commitment announced by the Labor team when we were in opposition and it is underway at the moment. I have spoken before in this place about the cost-recovery reviews. I have also indicated that any outcomes from those reviews would not affect the 2023-24 fee structure but will obviously be considered for any potential changes going forward after that.</text>
