SCRIVEN (Minister for Primary Industries and Regional Development, Minister for Forest Industries) (15:19): I have had a number of meetings and other communications with various stakeholders—and I think I have said in this place before that I don't think it's appropriate to name each of them and so on—but I think it's clear, given that the commitment was for a one-year fee relief, it would be fair to say that they knew over a year ago that that is what it would be for. I am not sure if the fee notices have gone out as yet but, if not, they will be going out in the very near future.
