MAHER:</by> During the committee stage of the Statutes Amendment (Serious Vehicle and Vessel Offences) Bill 2022 yesterday, the Hon. Connie Bonaros asked a question in relation to clause 13 of that bill. I have received some further advice in relation to the question that was asked. Clause 13 amends section 45 of the Road Traffic Act. Being unlicensed is an aggravating factor of section 45, but I confirm, as I did during the committee stage of that bill yesterday, that the question of aggravating factors will be given consideration between the houses.</text>
