MAHER (Minister for Aboriginal Affairs, Attorney-General, Minister for Industrial Relations and Public Sector) (14:23):</by>  I honestly couldn't recall when this was first suggested, but I know it is some weeks, I think, since the Premier spoke to the opposition leader about the possibility to seek the opposition leader's views, and I think very graciously and generously the opposition leader in another place, the Hon. David Speirs, concurred—I think it was on radio maybe two weeks ago one morning—that the Liberal opposition would not object to this.</text>
