            <inserted>(a)&amp;#x9;on the written request of the person; and</inserted>

            <inserted>(b)&amp;#x9;with the concurrence of the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court.</inserted>

            <inserted>(a)&amp;#x9;ceases to be the Judge of the Youth Court, State Coroner or Senior Judge of the Environment, Resources and Development Court (as the case requires); or</inserted>

          <item sublevel="3">
            <inserted>(b)&amp;#x9;is removed from office by the Governor at the request of the Chief Justice; or</inserted>

            <inserted>(c)&amp;#x9;resigns by written notice to the Governor.</inserted>
