          <inserted>There are multiple grants and assistance measures as part of the response to the River Murray flood event, ranging from small business to travel cost relief. </inserted>

          <inserted>In terms of the funding for legal assistance services, these do not operate as a grant of legal aid. Instead, the funding is provided in whole to Community Justice Services SA to employ more staff to be on the ground and provide direct support and advice to local community members on their legal needs. </inserted>

          <inserted>To date an initial payment of $60,000 has been provided to Community Justice Services SA. The remaining $190,000 will be provided in early March once the funding agreement has been finalised. </inserted>
