Instead, ramping has surged to record levels under the watch of this government. Just last month, ambulance ramping hit a new all-time record of 3,036 hours. My questions to the leader are:</text>

        <text id="20230307b66b255b9380414ab0000069">2.&amp;#x9;What responsibility do you take for your government's failure to fix ramping, given it is the worst it has ever been in this state?</text>
