MAHER:</by>  As I have said, and I am happy to say it again, in relation to the conduct of local government elections, that sits under the Minister for Local Government. I am sure if the people of South Australia are ever unfortunate enough to have a Liberal government inflicted upon them again, they will learn about ministerial responsibility and not be like a kid strapped into the back seat of a car while dad's passed out.</text>
