The minister in the other house has declared a conflict of interest and has delegated this responsibility to the Attorney-General.</text>

          <inserted>The review will address the following matters:</inserted>

          <inserted>1.&amp;#x9;How to manage sand on Adelaide's beaches achieve the follow goals. The priorities are:</inserted>

            <inserted>(i)&amp;#x9;Minimise disruption for all communities;</inserted>
          </item>
        </text>
        <text id="202302093728eec2bdcd4eec90000452">

            <inserted>(ii)&amp;#x9;Avoid environmental harm; and</inserted>
          </item>
        </text>

          <item sublevel="2">
            <inserted>(iii)&amp;#x9;Maximise sand staying on beaches.</inserted>

        <text id="202302093728eec2bdcd4eec90000455">1.&amp;#x9;Can the minister clarify whether those terms of reference are listed in the order of priority?</text>
        <text id="202302093728eec2bdcd4eec90000456">2.&amp;#x9;Can the minister confirm that minimising disruption for all communities is a higher priority for his government over maximising sand staying on beaches when it comes to managing sand on Adelaide's beaches?</text>
        <text id="202302093728eec2bdcd4eec90000457">3.&amp;#x9;As the minister who has been delegated the responsibility now, can he explain when the government is expecting to move forward with a costed and funded solution for sand management on the central and northern beaches?</text>
