          <inserted>The project to integrate ICT services has been deferred to enable the completion of the major projects that are underway to replace the Public Trustee's customer relationship management (CRM) system and its customer accounting system. These projects replace existing aged systems that are at end of life. The CRM replacement is now largely complete and has gone live. The procurement process for the financial system replacement has commenced and is expected to be complete in late 2024. </inserted>

          <inserted>The Public Trustee and the Attorney-General's Department have strengthened the relationship between the ICT branches of each agency and they actively collaborate on issues such as network hardware replacement, corporate ICT services, cyber security and the procurement of goods and services. This collaboration will continue and is expected to increase, prior to reconsideration of the integration of the two networks after the completion of the financial system replacement. </inserted>
