          <inserted>The Department of Human Services continues to implement a range of measures to improve outcomes for children and young people at Kurlana Tapa. Some of these measures include:</inserted>

            <inserted>Improving feedback and complaints processes to increase children and young people's access to mechanisms to raise complaints and to improve resolution of complaints.</inserted>

            <inserted>Rolling out staff body-worn video cameras to improve child safety and staff transparency and accountability.</inserted>
