I have had, as I have outlined to this chamber, an initial briefing about the issue, about some of the options that have previously been canvassed and a tour of that northern cell of the beach area, and I have now appointed, as I have outlined, the advisory panel that will take expert advice and report to me in due course. As I have said, it is envisaged that it will be a thorough scientific review and will take approximately 12 months.
