MAHER (Minister for Aboriginal Affairs, Attorney-General, Minister for Industrial Relations and Public Sector) (14:28):</by>  I thank the member for her question. I think, as has been stated in here, I have been delegated responsibility for a review. The ongoing responsibility for management of beaches does lie with the Department for Environment. I can't remember the last time I was at Henley Beach in particular. Certainly, during the course of this year, I have toured both the southern cell areas, where sand management has occurred for some time, as well as the northern cell areas.</text>
