I think I now understand the question; I had misunderstood what the honourable member was referring to. I have had a number of discussions, as indeed has my office, in regard to how it will be best set up. As I say, we are nearing completion of that, but I think it is important to make sure that the input is taken into account. I will certainly give some thought to the matters that the member has raised.
