As I mentioned in my response, there will be a number of education sessions that will be held at numerous ports. What we are very keen to do is make sure that the transition is as easy as possible. Many people are very familiar, of course, with using electronic data, but others are not, so we want to make sure that this is a period of education and transition, and then we will allow the hopefully smooth transition to the new system.
