          <inserted>The Nunga Court was established in 1999. Data is available for approximately the last five years (between 1 July 2017 and 26 August 2022) and shows there were two defendants finalised in the Nunga Court with sexual offences, with both defendants convicted of indecent assault charges under section 56(1) of the Criminal Law Consolidation Act 1935.</inserted>
