          <inserted>The Cattle Industry Fund was established in 2000. The current regulations are due to expire in September 2026.</inserted>

          <inserted>Refund requests for the cattle industry fund are paid in the financial year after they are paid. This is largely consistent across industry funds and has been the case for the cattle industry fund since inception. This does enable efficiency in assessment of refund requests and batch processing of payments.</inserted>
