SCRIVEN (Minister for Primary Industries and Regional Development, Minister for Forest Industries) (15:22):</by>  My understanding is that those who say that they are outdoors for four hours or more will be eligible for the vaccine. What we are really keen to do is make sure that the vaccine is available to those who are most at risk. In terms of the definition, I will certainly check with my colleague the Minister for Health whether any additional information is appropriate, but that is my understanding.</text>
