In terms of the specifics of attraction and retention in the health system, I would not want to say something without my colleague the health minister providing some advice. As I have said, I think when you are talking about some of the clinical academics or visiting medical specialists, wages will be a component but certainly not necessarily the determinative component of a decision to work in South Australia or otherwise.</text>
