BOURKE (15:07):</by> The role has been created through the department, so the department has determined which schools will be receiving a teacher who will be funded for one day a week and also the schools that will be funded for four hours a week or one day per fortnight. That is being determined on a scale of need.</text>
<text id="20220908e7a0be3fe8324a0390000480">We all know in this chamber that we have the scale of one to seven, I believe it is, one being lower socio-economic areas or more demand in our schools, so those schools that are in need of more support are receiving a teacher based on one FTE, or a 0.2 FTE, sorry, I should confirm. Those who don't need as much support in their school will get 0.1. This is something that we have determined through that scale process of where the support is needed, and the support is going where we believe it is required.</text>
