          <inserted>Currently, Mirning people are included in an ongoing Far West Coast sea claim which covers an area of sea and land in the Great Australian Bight. In broad terms, that claim is brought on behalf of Mirning, Wirangu and Kokatha people who hold native title rights in the adjoining Far West Coast land claim. The claim is currently part heard before the Federal Court.</inserted>
